Co-Creator & Vibrational Activist
Malia’Kekia has been described as a “Vibrational Activist” from how she holds space while facilitating. She believes that who we are is built from how we decide to get up from our struggle, not the struggle itself. She is extremely passionate and dedicated to the work of B4 and has devoted her life to reinforce the necessity of play, vulnerability and buoyancy in today's world.
As a Native Hawaiian Malia'Kekia resonates with her indigenous roots, bringing Aloha (Breath to breath - the inpouring and outpouring of spirit) into every space she holds. She believes acknowledging where we are from and what has come before us helps make conscious choices in where we are going. This belief underpins her teaching within B4.
A natural creator, Malia’Kekia is an internationally touring teaching artist and actress. She graduated as Salutatorian from New World School Of the Arts with a BFA in Music Theater. Malia'Kekia is a proud member of Actors Equity. Her original one woman show “My Lips Are Sealed” premiered Off-Broadway in the Women At Work festival 2014.
